We coordinate with property management for delivery before or after your arrival. We will not leave your groceries and other shopping items unattended outside your residence.

For care packages, we text the student recipient and arrange a delivery time convenient to their schedule.

For care packages and gift baskets, we prefer 7 days to get the best items possible, but we can make exceptions. We will do our best to fulfill your order quickly.
For provisioning orders, two weeks before your arrival date is ideal.

All orders cancelled within 48 hours of your arrival will be subject to a $100.00 termination fee.
