$150 Provisioning Fee (paid upfront to reserve your tailgate order)

- Covers planning, shopping, and delivery coordination
Final Payment (collected closer to game day):
- Actual cost of food and beverages ordered
- 30% service fee based on food/beverage total
How It Works:
1. Pay $150 provisioning fee when booking
2. We'll contact you 1-2 weeks before game day to finalize your tailgate menu
3. Final invoice sent based on actual items + 30% service fee
4. We deliver and set up your tailgate spread
Minimum Order: $300 in food and beverages
